Basuki Planned to Visit 2 Mosques a Day in Ramadan

Ramadan safari tradition which started on Sutiyoso’s era until Fauzi Bowo when placing job position as City’s Governor will be keep maintained by acting Jakarta Governor, Basuki T Purnama.

Mr. Vice Governor planned to visit two mosques for one area in city for a day

Jakarta Spiritual and Mental Bureau Head, Budi Utomo said so. Last year, he only traveled around urban villages and sub-districts offices, but this time he plans to visit mosques.

“Mr. Vice Governor planned to visit two mosques for one area in city for a day,” said Utomo, Thursday (6/26).

Besides of mosques, Basuki will also traveling around city mayor’s office, sub-district offices, until urban village offices. Nevertheless, it depends on Basuki’s activity schedule. Basuki positively appreciating this plan. Besides it can tighten relationship, the activity can be used as blusukan moment for him to see bureaucracy system there.

Different faith is not an obstacle for the former regent of Belitung Timur to give Jakartans spirit to conduct fasting worship solemnly. “Because of Mr. Vice Governor does not take salat worship. Therefore, he only follow takjilan moment then open break fasting and give guidance,” added Utomo.
